Wondering HOW you would get started getting a Lean Group together?
It can be as simple as getting some interested parties together for a Lean Coffee like we did for our last session.
Great session today at our Lean Coffee Event we discussed 'Breaking Down Barriers to adopting Lean Project Delivery", how Lean applies to building a Green Home and next steps for getting a Community of Practice going in S'Toon Town.
Our group came up with a Cool IDEA for our first MAIN EVENT! We are going to have a LEAN Talks session the last Feb in Friday where we have ten 20 minute presentations on Lean Principles and Practices all sessions that will add to YOUR LEAN TOOLBOX.
